Casa das Pedras is a two storey village house built in 2006
It is situated at the edge of Jardim do Mar in an area known as the Pontinha or little headland
It is reached on foot by a 200m path from the village square. It has two double bedrooms.
There is one bathroom, with WC, basin, bidet and shower
and a ground floor cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
The open plan kitchen has an oven, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker etc.
There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The lower floor has an enclosed courtyard dining area adjoining the lounge, with a built in BBQ.
The upper floor has a balcony to both bedrooms with sea and sunset views.
The lounge has WiFi Internet access and German language satellite TV.
Casa das Pedras shares a swimming pool with Villa Atlantica and Villa Oceana.
The pool is located on a separate, slightly lower terrace
and is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the three villas.
The pool is over 2 metres deep and small children will require supervision.
