Villa Oceana is a two-storey house, with one double and one twin bedroom.

The villa looks out to sea on the edge of the village in an area known as the Pontinha or "little headland".

It was built in 2006 and is reached on foot by a 150 m path from the village square.

(This path includes steps and would not be suitable for guests with mobility problems).

The villa is 20m above sea level with an uninterrupted 180 degree sea view

over the Jardim do Mar surf break and along the coast to Paul do Mar.

Facing West it enjoys spectacular sunsets and moonlight seascapes.

It has one bathroom with WC, basin, and shower, and a separate WC with hand basin.

It has an open plan lounge looking out over the sea.

The kitchen has an electric oven, cooker hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

There is Wi Fi internet access.

There is a separate laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair can also be provided if requested in advance.

The Villa has a private sun terrace with a built in BBQ and shares a swimming pool with Villa Atlantica and Casa das Pedras.

The pool is located on a separate, slightly lower terrace and is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the three villas.

The pool is over 2 metres deep and small children will require supervision.
